Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to:

EU countries, Norway, Switzerland, the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand

If your country is available, it will appear automatically at checkout.

If you’re unsure or don’t see your location listed, feel free to contact us before placing an order.

Alternatively, you’re welcome to place your order through our Etsy shop for worldwide shipping.

How long does shipping take?

All orders require 2–5 working days to be carefully prepared before dispatch.

  • In-stock pieces:

    Standard shipping usually arrives within 2–15 working days after dispatch.

    Express shipping usually arrives within 2–5 working days, depending on the destination.

  • Pre-order & made-to-order pieces:

    Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks before dispatch.

Please note that many of our pieces are handmade or one of a kind. Production and dispatch times may vary due to material availability, artist schedules, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

Can i track the progress of my order? 

    Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

    If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at support@dermomento.com or feel free to send us a message here, and we’ll be happy to assist.

    CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES

    Taxes, VAT & Customs Duties

    As a small business under §19 UStG (German VAT law), we do not charge German VAT (19%). All prices shown on our website are VAT-free.

    United States

    • Product prices shown to U.S. customers already include estimated import duties

    • Standard Shipping (DDP): duties & taxes prepaid, no fees on delivery

    • Express Shipping (DDU): duties & taxes may be collected upon delivery

    For orders shipped outside the EU (including the UK, USA, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, Australia & New Zealand), customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on local regulations and shipping method.

    Customs policies vary by country and are beyond our control.

    ORDERS

    What is the process for pre-order / made-to-order jewelry?

    Pre-order pieces are not currently in stock and are specially ordered or sourced once your order is placed.

    Made-to-order jewelry is crafted individually by the artists, exclusively for you.

    As most of our pieces are handmade or one-of-a-kind, production usually takes around 2–4 weeks, depending on material availability, artist schedules, holidays, or other unforeseen factors.

    We appreciate your patience and understanding in these matters.

    Can I change or cancel my order?

      Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placement.

      Please contact us as soon as possible, as orders begin processing shortly after.

      My item arrived damaged - what should I do?

        Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dermomento.com, including:

        • Your order number
        • Clear photos of the item and packaging

        We’ll review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

        EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND

        Can I return my order?

          We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.

          Please note:

          • Pierced earrings, made-to-order, personalised, and sale items are non-returnable

          • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

          Can I exchange the jewelry for another size?

            As most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or produced in very limited quantities, we’re unable to offer direct size exchanges.

            The fastest way to get the right size is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you’re welcome to place a new order (subject to availability).

            Returns for customers outside the EU

              International returns are accepted.

              Return shipping, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Unpaid or refused returns may be declined.
