Withdraw Your Order

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2023/2673), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods. If you ordered multiple items in one order that are delivered separately, the period begins on the day you receive the last item.

Exempt Products

Please note that the following products are not eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal:

• Piercing earrings - excluded for health and hygiene reasons, as these items cannot be returned once the sealed packaging has been opened.
• Made-to-order & Individually crafted jewelry - items crafted according to your individual specifications or clearly personalised.

How to Submit a Withdrawal

Please use the withdrawal form below to submit your request. You do not need to be logged in to complete this process. After submitting, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.

What Happens Next

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will process it promptly. You will receive a full refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.

Return Shipping

Please return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly delivered.
